WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Worst company by far.

Was handed over by Absa as my credit card was never closed and I was under the impression that it was closed once paid up. Long story short I manned up and decided to pay the R1299.60c as I was told through numerous calls from MBD. In December 2023 I got a link to pay the amount which I did. 2 days after a debit order goes off aswell of exactly the same amount. I have been sending numerous emails. Called numerous times for a refund. Even send through the documents and here we are in Feb 2024 already and yet I haven't received my refund yet. If I call no one answers or if they do they keep on telling me this person and that person will contact me. I'm fed up with this poor service
