Worst Experience At Absa Bank

Worst experience ever at the the new branch in Church Street , Pietermaritzburg. I was assisted by a girl in cubicle 3, her telephone number, ***, on Monday 16 March, 2020 at 10.15 am, to update my FICA requirements on my credit card. I had to leave the branch twice because she was not happy with my proof of residence. Told me I should go to city hall and get a letter stating proof of residence when I have been living on my own property for over 50 years. I was finally done at 12.40 pm and she told me everything was sorted. However the card still cannot be used. Tried her yesterday she told me she would call me back. Never did. This morning she hangs up on me.
