Worst experience.

I'm extremely fed up with ABSA. I made a payment arrangement for a missed installment. ABSA debited me as arranged in June and June yet the arrears amount is accumulating interest instead of dropping every month. I have been running to the bank to print statements and sent them to ABSA as requested but two months later they cannot trace my payments even though they debited me. This is unacceptable, I had so much faith in this bank but at this rate I'm loosing all hope while my credit record is being further affected.
