WORST EVER NO SERVICE AT ABSA FUNERAL

Interacting with ABSA Funeral is a real pain. I've made countless calls using their customer number that will not get you anywhere. I've been to various branches where I was referred to use the telephone banking which didn't help in anyway. Are there warm bodies at ABSA Funeral contact centre? If there's any contact me pleeeeease!
