Worst ever

Yesterday I tried to withdraw from my chat wallet, I never got the sms with the voucher and the money has left my chat wallet when I checked transactions there's still nothing thought I would wait a bit and after more then 24 hours there's still nothing and absa ruined my son's birthday.
