Worst Decision To Switch To This Bank

Recently moved to this bank and already starting to have regrets.

Firstly my card gets blocked because of FICA where else all my documents were received by ur admin. Submitted them again at ur branch but still my card is still blocked even now what a HUGE inconvenience during this long weekend.????

Secondly your immediate payments are taking more than 2 hours to reflect in the receipents account yet I'm still charged for the transaction.

I thought ABSA was the bank to bank with but now it seems like it's the worst bank.
