Worst customer service received at Absa Westage Branch

Got the worst experience at Absa. Lady working at the Westgate Branch, was very rude, had to wait outside for.my elderly mother. She was condescending even when my mother needed assistance l. Couldnt even explain to her the type of account she has. This utterly unacceptable for someone who works with people
