Worst customer service ever

Absa Hercules has the poorest service ever, They treat you like you are a kid! On top of that after struggling to sort out a issue for almost 4 months they refused me to speak to the manager of the branch apparently he is too busy for his clients! I drove to Pretoria North Absa Branch and Phumzile Magubane has been able to assist me in the very same issue Absa Hercules could not! You wait in line for hours only to get to the front and then get told we can not assist you ,this used to be one of the best branches in Pretoria but that is no longer the case ! My problem still persist and is yet to be resolved! I would like to be contacted and helped as soon as possible !
