Worst customer service ever

Yesterday I went to Sars, was number 151 and was assisted in less than 1:30m, then I went to Absa Maponya Mall branch and was number 16 only was attended to after 2hrs. Absa is the worst bank ever when it comes to customer service, worst ever n I mean ever. Even home affairs is not as terrible as ABSA, When you go to ABSA Maponya mall branch you have to take a day off work.
