Worst customer service

Absa credit card acquisition is the worst department to deal with, I app**** for a credit card 4 weeks ago and been sent from pillar to post just to get an outcome from them. I’ve been to the branch as I was told I’m blocked but still have to beg and wait for them to give a simple outcome. Worst part is they’ve already scored me and my chances of going to another bank that actually knows what they doing are to only lower my credit score even more because of Absa bank
