Worst customer service

I am really disappointed in the services from ABSA I was told 24hours and it's now 4 working days still no refund and maybe they have merged with Netflix . I then went to the ABSA at Bara they services are appalling you sit for hours and then to be assisted by consultant who just wants to go on lunch even makes me aware and couldn't even explain the increase in Bank charges to I want my refund .
