Worst customer service

Firstly, your bank fees on your student cheque account is becoming ridiculous. How can I be charged an absurd amount of money as a student?! Withdrawal fees are also stupidly high for no reason. Secondly, your customer service reps are rude. They have no patience. Do you guys not assist clients over the phone anymore? And now that all, or most, communication is done via emails, you take days to respond to urgent matters such as the authorisation of the release of funds.
