Worst client service ever!

I bought a new motor verhicle through ABSA bank and the arrangements was made for the first debit order to go off on the 15th July 2016. Saterday, the 16th I realized that the payment did go through. I phoned ABSA bank call centre, and after 10 min of waiting I decided to phone ABSA bank in Upington. I spoke with Stephanie and the first thing she asked me was whether there was sufficient funds in my account!! I receive my salary on the 15th and this is why I wanted the debit order to go off on the 15th. I feel very much offended!! Then she made the excuse that Friday is a weekend and it will go off the Monday (my first call to ABSA was on Monday the 18th). This isn't an excuse - as far as I'm concerned Fridays is a working day and not part of a weekend. When I informed her this, she said they have system problems. This I don't understand since all my other debit orders went through. I phoned again Tuesday, the 19th, and no answer could be provide as to why the debit order haven't gone through. Then I phoned on Wednesday, the 20th, Stephanie said to me that debit orders are only a tool to assist and it is a client's own responsibility to see that payments are made. Wow. And this is why I'm phoning every day!! And excuse me - there I thought that debit orders are a service rendered to client, especially since I'm paying bank fees thereon. And believe it or not - I received a sms today to inform me that my payment is in arrears!!!!

Maybe I should take my home loan, my vehicle finance, my savings account and cheques account to another bank. Maybe their personel will treat me as a valued customer and maybe they will not insult me to ask the first question whether I have enough money in my bank account and just maybe my debit order will go through on my motor vehicle!!
