Worst Claim Experience Ever!

Wish I could give them zero rating. What an absolute nightmare our ABSA claim has been! Claim registered on the 7th November and we are still awaiting feedback from them. During a huge storm our ceiling was leaking water, beyond our control and an insure event, this has not been approved or fixed as yet. No communication or feedback from ABSA even after following up. I would not recommend ABSA insurance!!!! Moving our insurance to another company
