Worst call centre ever!!

3 days we are being promised Portia will give us a call back. Then she is on lunch, then she left for the day, then she is busy with a client and in the whole ABSA, there is not a single person or manager that would be able to assist in advising why the approved personal loan has not been released yet. It seems to be a tendency that you can pick up in all facets of their business. They do not have the operational capacity to deliver the service we pay for. Today, tomorrow, forever.
