Worst business bank experience of my life!

I have had the displeasure of dealing with ABSA's business division.

The sales department is wonderful, but every other department - compliance, technical and the actual bankers were horrific.

Pravesh Lachman was good in selling the solution, but when it came to execution by these other 3 departments that included Netta Buchanan the Banker, Michael Wessels and team and Rufus Louw and team, things literally started falling apart.

These people are never at work, they don't bother to give you proper feedback, they cost my business a lot of money as they never communicated things upfront and made me and my team invest a alot of time and resources into their solution and couldn't give a care in this world.

I have dealt with a lot of banking individuals and I have never had such a bad experience in my life, pathetic.

All business owners, steer away from this bank, they will just waste your time.
