Worst branch
So annoyed with the service. Went to the branch for assistance with making an online payment as I kept getting an error. One of the guys who was diverting the queues pulled out of enquiries with I was the 3rd person to be assisted and told I was on an incorrect I must join the other line by tellers as my query is payment related. I joined that which was ridiculously long. Eventually after over 37 minutes waiting; got to the teller that told sorry you were not meant to be on this queue you needed to be on the other queue. I can't help. Then I stopped another from the same bank expressed my frustration; who told me to another bank as the payment I am trying to make isn't with ABSA. ****ed
