Worst Banking Service

Talk about poor customer service. Absa takes the cup. As we speak, none of their ATMs work, especially DK square. The branch staff are not friendly at all. They are forever on their cell phones. Speak to customers as if it's a favour. I got no help at all. Other banks next to them being FNB and Capitec where running well and proper service. I walked ABSA regrettably ask why do I have this account.
