Worst banking service ever experienced

I and my brother have a very service bad service with absa key west in krugersdorp, they froze our savings account after we received a payment from our sisters estate.they requested proof of payment then we submitted it on the 7th July 2023 . We have been going to the branch to find out when will they unfroze our funds we don’t get an answer, we’re really frustrate by this bad service which absa is treating us
