Worst Bank to bank with, When you die they take 8 months to move money to you estate account!!!

In may last year I submitted a request for them to transfer money from my late Mother`s bank account to her estate account, to date which is roughly 8 months later they are saying this process has only been through stage 1 of a 5 stage process. at this rate they will finalise the matter in 2027. I don`t know what I have to do on my side anymore to escalate this matter. It just seems a bit unfair that while trying to deal with my mother`s passing I still need to beg ABSA Bank to release her money that she had trusted them with.
