Worst bank service I have ever had.

I cant believe this **** service. I called in for a final settlement amount on my vehicle finance after paying in a big amount, I knew that I needed to pay about R6500. They said it looks like my account is settled and I do not have to pay the exta amount, but I need to call in 2 or 3 days later to make sure the account is finalized. So I called 3 days later and then they said there is nog feedback on the account yet. This happend for 2 weeks. Then I started having problems with their phone service. When I eventually got a hold of someone, they said I still have to pay the R6500 on the settlement. So they just waisted 3 weeks of my time.
