Worst bank service ever

Worst service ever one always get every time you call absa. Worst bank ever by far its not even funny. Incompetence all around sies. I regret the day i chose Absa, they can't even help me with a smallest request of changing just a debit order date after i spending more than 15 minutes on the call. Firstly it was savings department, today its customer service department wow shame
