worst bank in the world ABSA

hi have 2 personal loans with ABSA i was behind on my payments because the debit order date was not correct i have made an arrangement to catch it up and advised on the new debit order date they confirmed everythingt i also advise that if it falls on a sunday it must be debited the day before they confirmed now this did not happen and ABSA is threatening me kegal action when i call them they put me through to five different department before the last transfer they guy says i need to go to complaints, then he puts through to the wrong number and the call cuts. this is the service i get i know i must go through legal action for them not doing there job
