Worst bank in the world

Base has really gone backwards fast a d I am on the point of moving banks very fast, apply for a loan spend 20 min answering all the questions,, they tell me they have verified all my details including my pay, I get told that I will get a call for some one to read to contract terms and conditions and the interest Rates, I wait and wait and and then i call in and then hear they eating for paper work, I will be moving banks as soon as I can I would advise any person that is looking for a new bank to avoid and a at all cost, they are one of the most useless banks in South Africa and dontbcare about their small time clients that ha e been with them over 15 years now, so congrats and a you have lost another loyal client due to pathetic service and excuses,
