WORST bank in South Africa

The WORST bank in South Africa. This is my 2nd encounter with this bank and again they did not fail to provide pathetic service!! I tried to exchange coins for notes. I separated all the coins before going and totaled the different coins. So firstly the teller said she can not exchange it and it must be paid into an account. That is still fine as my partner that was with me has an account at ABSA. Then she said she can not take the coins like that as I need a total for all the coins. So I started adding up the totals of the different coins (which was already totaled and separated). Then she said she cant take it as it must be in separate bags of R50 per bag. So I just left. THANK GOD I don't bank with ABSA and NEVER will!!!!!
