Worst bank in SA by Far!! Will not recommend to anyone!!!

I am stuck in Iraq... My ABSA private banker, which does not work for ABSA anymore.. were not even able to write the write occupation and salary in my profile.. apparently according to her I am a biokineticist... Even after I have sent her my employment contract she made this mistake.. so I tried to login to the new ABSA app which I could not get verification codes . As I am in Iraq so phone number does not work.. and I told my private banker before I left for Iraq to please change this to my email... Which ABSA could not even do this right as they made another . At the end of my email so obviously I do not receive that verification cause it is not the correct email address.. wow truly a bunch of geniuses at ABSA hey.. and now I am stuck in Iraq with no access to my online banking and all they tell me is.. I must go to a South African embassy to give someone in SA power of attorney.. NEWS FLASH... there is no South African embassy in Iraq.. there is only one in Jordan.. so according to them I must go to Jordan( I don't have access to my account so no money to buy a flight ticket etc..). Really ****ed off.. The worst bank in SA by far..I will not recommend anyone to open an ABSA bank account, you will have more headaches than joy with them!!!!
