Worst Bank For Trust Fund

We have a trustfund with Absa and everytime we need moneh from it they always have some type of excuse or reason why we cannot het money. I have waited 5 years to turn 21 and I was denied money because they kept telling me that my trust ends this year. Its been a month since i turned 21 and have yet to received my money. Why was the money denied when even now that I should rightfully have it I still don't. Everytime they need money for administration regarding the trust they take their share but now that its time for me to get mine they have gone quiet. I have mailed and phoned yet no response and when they do reply its always we will get back to you and then I wait another week and still no response. How long will this still take? Seems like theh forgot this was my mothers hard earned money that she left for us to be taken care of. I am fed up with their service and I would not recommend their trust to my worst enemy.
