WORST BANK EVER THEY TOOK MY MONEY!!!

I app**** for a life policy and agreed to a debit order of R400 , I was shocked when they took out 820 , they are ****** *******, when I called they said they work in advance but nothing of that installment was disclosed, they so ridiculous u can't even reverse your own debit order , u send an email it doesn't get done try calling they consultants are a bunch of idiots , I WANT THE R800 ON MY ACCOUNT TO BE REVERSED AND I WONT BR BANKING WITH YOULL , THE SERVICE IS SO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT , USELESS THEY ARE , I WANT MY MONEY, THERE IS NO RESPONSE AT ALL FROM YOU'LL
