WORST BANK EVER! HATE THEM
If I could rate this pathetic bank 0 stars, I would. I asked you people to close my account yet the account is still open and I am still being charged for bank fees. I DO NOT WANT TO BANK WITH YOU GUYS ANYMORE, I ASKED FOR THIS ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED!!! HOW MUCH MORE *********** CAN YOUR STAFF, WHEN YOU CALL THE CALL CENTRE, YOU GET TRANSFERRED FROM ONE IDIOT TO THE NEXT. GOING TO THE BRANCH IS EVEN WORSE. CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT!!! I am not paying for those bank charges, because the consultant I spoke to advised that the account will be closed!~
