WORST BANK EVER FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

I would like to express my disappointment with Natalie Synders who works as a business entrepreneur officer at Brigh****er Commons mall on Republic road in Randburg. On the 14th of Sept she processed a business account for myself & my sister Zintombi Nkosi ( HRPRO Connect) She informed us that there an approval hold on the account and that the account can not be opened on the day. She then said the issue would be sorted in 48 hours. She went on leave for 2 days ( Thur & Fri ) and promised to give feedback on Monday it never happend. We have been waiting ever since... Last Thursday I personally went to see her at the branch to follow up she still confirmed that the hold was still there. How can it take 14 days to open a business account ABSA? There is no feedback, no email , no phone call NOTHING. I asked Natalie to give me her phone number ..when attempting to call her the 22nd Sept her phone was off. She has not even read the wats up I sent her to this day..WOW ..
