Worst Bank EVER, embarrassing people openly !!!!!! ABSA, and were is the "we look after people because they have Rights"

Worst Bank ever, after 10 years that I did not want to deal with absa anymore, I decided to give them a chance again, To my surprise this bank has just gotten even worst and believe me, for embarrassing me like that will get this to the banking ombudsman. 10 years ago I had a very bad accident and lost my leg, I had a bank loan with absa and dissability cover on that loan. when I asked them after a lengthy recovery of 19 months in hospital why the loan was not settled from the insurance I had, they could not ever answer me and had me go to the bank to try and acquire the loan contract which no one could locate. they then stopped contacting me and I thought it was sorted. They have now gone as far as issuing me with a garage card and credit card, had it delivered to me and then make me go to the bank to then tell me know they cant activated it as it was not supposed to be issued due to the loan 10 years ago that shows on the back office. Which in my recollection is against the law as the banks are not allowed to have 2 screens with dept that was already supposed to be written off after 5 years anyway!

Why waist my time anyway with info and delivering a card that was approved one day and after delivery it has now apparently been blocked/cancelled!!!

Absa better issue me with a my loan contract of that time and give me answers or I will not let it there. You Embarrassed me by letting me go to a bank with an approved credit card to then just tell me in the bank that no it should not have happened!!!
