Worst bank EVER

Absa is absolutely useless. I took a home protector for me and my partner. I phoned on Friday 22 August 2025 to confirm that everything is correct. The lady told me that only I am covered and not my partner, they are charging me two premiums but only one is covered. Please explain this to me???? I asked the lady that can she please get a manager to phone me. They never did as expected from ABSA . I did the security question but according to them it is incorrect. I am unable to check if both of us are cover.
