Worst bank ever, absolutely Terrible Absa bank

I am writing this to express my disappointment with Absa bank on Saturday the 23rd of September I realized 98% of my salary had been debited from my account without notification I didn’t know the money was taken until I made a purchase and saw the remaining balance I spoke to a consultant in the collections department she told me the money was taken because there was no arrangement in place I need that money reversed into my account I will make an arrangement or even pay a portion Absa can’t take my entire salary how am I supposed to get through the month? Are you trying to push me into unemployment because how am I going to travel to work with no money? I am going to contact the ombudsman right after this I didn’t authorize that debit and also it’s just inhumane of Absa to do that actually take my entire salary without notifying me this will definitely be reported immediately
