Worst bank ever

My Absa account was placed on hold on suspicion of ***** since last year . I was never informed of the hold placed on the account and I only noticed once I tried to make a payment . I later reached out to Absa where they informed me of a transaction that was done . I later submitted all the required documents to prove that there was no ***** being conducted . It has been over a month and every time I email them they inform me that someone will contact me which never happens. They don't take your calls as well. This is poor coming from such a big bank and they don't seem to care .
