Worst Bank Ever

ABSA- Worst bank ever …Let me start by saying I was told ABSA is the best bank, so I decided to open a Cheque Account - I qualified for a premier cheque account. SO I went to hire a car, they cannot accept that card because its not embossed and its a debit card, I opened CHEQUE ACCOUNT, went for holiday toll roads don't accept the card, tried to change account details cannot be done if you calling from another number, tried to downgrade sat on the phone for 2 hours after getting to right person it cannot be done over the phone only at a branch, went to the branch cannot be done because the bank fees didn't go off even thou my account was in positive, how is that a good bank, when you cant do anything? I will never refer them to anyone. DISSATISFIED LIKE YOU CANT BELIEVE. :(
