Worst ****en bank ever. A repo agent came and forced bribery after that, account was owing R5227, i had a call with their agent, Paul from Dequar group. Arrangement was to pay R1600 by Friday and another R1600 the next Friday. I made a payment before Friday and i was owing R699. Guys absa sent another repo agent to take my vehicle despite explaining to them. Fortunately i had the money they wanted and Tshepo from Mvelo Risk Management refused to understand, they forced to take the car, refused with contact details and I called Agnes from Absa who deals with such, she said the guys need to return my vehicle, totally useless woman. It was a mission to get their number so i can send POP. Tshepo from Mvelo refused for me to make payment. He just wanted to take the car. When i called him, he couldn't even answer me. Both agents ****ed up, idiotic Agnes Matabula send me hectic fees for release of the vehicle. I owe R699, you tell me i need to pay R14k and from R1700 installment, you now make it R6000, which i can afford but what ******* is this. My belongings are still in the vehicle and i musy go to Boksburg to get them? ****en assholes. To make it worse the bank closed my digital banking, im locked out and i do not have energy to follow up and i dont care. Why do you as ABSA send so many repo agents? See your mess? You are the worst bank i have ever seen in my life.
