Worst bank ever
Absa please explain why does it take so long to unfreeze a persons acc after you have all the required documentation but is fast to freeze the acc without a phone call sms or even a phone call

23 Oct 2025, 15:16I have money in the acc that I need to use to buy spare parts for my business to keep business going I am loosing income now at this stage and I am not really happy it is a week now and all the documentation is at Lindiwe Mokome and I am still waiting for a call back like I was promised this morning .....I am busy loosing income due to spare parts that I can't purchase for my client l's power tools I am not really happy
