Worst Bank ever

Still waiting for my profile, same responses but the credit profile is not updated yet. This is so annoying. The social media people (Rezona Louw) and (K Kok) are the worst. Provided all the information they requested, 2 weeks later I am still having the same issue. Can someone who know what they do when it comes to Credit Bureau Updates from ABSA helppp
