Worst bank ever

My sister had an investment account with Absa, and couldn't do transactions. So she opened a new account so she could. Now she wanted to do a transfer to another bank, and then the useless bank says she can't and this after she's done a swift transfer. This is by far the worst service ever from the worst bank.
