After over 30 years, I can't wait to close my account with this useless bank! Who do they think they are to just lock my account tdue to fica BS? Send a message at 16:45 stating my account is closed. No previous messages. No communication. NOTHING! I need to fetch my car at the panelbeater tomorrow. I need to pay them. How do I pay with a locked account? How do I go to the branch without a vehicle? Tried to call them. Conveniently the final department was already closed. MY HARD EARNED MONEY! MINE! Absa you have NO RIGHT to control MY MONEY! ZERO! Who will pay the Uber and work time lost ro sort out YOUR nonsense!? Thanks for the stress. Thanks for me getting no sleep tonight. Thanks for making my life hell!
