Worst bank ever

I made a request to close an account in August, I was supposed to receive funds in September. I didn't receive the funds because of FICA. Submitted all the documents, there hasnt been any change. I've been sitting in the bank since 11:40 am. All I'm told is that they have escalated the matter to the branch manager. Thus us the worst bank to deal with..
