Worst bank ever!!!
Not impressed with Absa. I reached out numerous times regarding unauthorized debits on my business account x 2 weeks ago and they still have not called me to actually resolve this. They reply via email and the communication does not make sense. I regret joining this terrible bank. No sense of proper customer service at all

05 Dec 2025, 17:17I'll got feedback apparently the charges are R100 per debit and I have told them I have no set debits on this account.
I still received no calls just emails...now my account is in a negative just ridiculous.
I want those funds reversed then this account closed urgently please!!!
