Worst bank ever.

My grans bank card expired. I was told they no longer send a rep out although i spoke to people who was visted by the absa rep My gran is bed ridden and my mom takes care of her. My mom was told she needs power of attorney. She spent money she didnt have on a lawyer to get power of attorney. Docs was handed in at Robertson branch the 4th. No reply

I have been phoning for a week. No answer. I emailed. I got a reply that i will be answered within 8 business hours . 16 business hours passed and i mailed again. Another 16 business hours passed and still no reply. My gran needs so access her monies. She cant do it without a card and clearly absa doesnt give a damn about their clients
