Worst bank ever

I opened an Absa business account few months ago, I paid my bank fes on time. I was unemployed as of August,I called my business banker and told him I cannot afford to make monthly payments and asked if my account could be placed on hold until I start working again and he said no that cannot be done and charges will continue to accrue.. today I got an sms to say my account has been handed over to the debt collectors. This is so unprofessional
