Worst bank ever!! ***********, unhelpful staff at your Greenacres branch and your ***** department is equally horrifying. I reported a case of a cheque *** which was opened in my name. I have been sent from pillar to post by your branch and your ***** department. I submitted all the documents they required 3 times already and still no feedback. And does anyone actually work on your application ***** department? Seeing that the number *** I was given is always engaged or you wait for an hour then get disconnected. I need someone who knows their job to contact me ASAP, our lives are not a joke. My life is currently at a stand still because I'm blacklisted for this stupid account. Do your jobs!!
