Worst bank ever

The service of this place is not even the worse star worth. It has been 5 years now that i am struggling with my vehicle account and I still do not have answers. My last email was November last year I am still awaiting feedback. My husband did all the calculations. I have already paid R20 000 more on this account than I should have but according to them I still owe R27 000. This is beyond ridiculous. They load amounts extra on the statements but NO ONE in ABSA can give an explanation as to why and what it is for. No customer service at all. Only refers from one place to the next and no one has a clue. How do you work with these things and don't have a clue what you are doing or why you are doing it?
