Worst bank ever

I am so dissapointed in Absa bank. I have my car financed through this bank and what a mistake that is. I am unemployed now, with no source of income, my wife doesnt work either. We were told when we signed for the car that if we cant pay the car then we must phone and they will freeze the account for 3 months. Now that im in that predicament its not like this. I am disgusted how absa treats their customers. My previous car was financed through Mfc, What a fantastic bank that is. Everytime i lost my job and couldnt pay they would put the payments on hold for 2=3 months. Very understanding and curtious. Your ****** bank just tells me well try sell your car. Really who the hell do you people think you are. Well i was going to change banks from fnb to absa, which i obviously will not do anymore. I should never have dealt with you guys. Now im locked into this. GREAT
