Worst bank ever

We had a loan at Absa that was settled. Absa however debited money out of our account even after the loan was settled. After multiple phone calls to an utterly unprofessional call centre and trips to a branch our money still hasn't been paid back. I will never in my life do business with Absa again. They are quick to take money you owe them but when they are sitting wih your money you get no service out of them. You couldn't care less about your customers.
