Worst bank ever

Worst bank ever. Since i’ve joined this bank I’ve never had a pleasant experience. Firstly the service at one of their branch at Maponya Mall in soweto is so ridiculous and unacceptable. You wait in a queue until you forget what you there to do. There’s no sense of urgency. Secondly their banking app/online banking is shockingly ridiculous. Now i can’t loggin on my app anymore. I’ve lost my card and i want to withdraw some cash, I can’t do cardless withdrawal, the branch is closed.
