Worst bank ever.

I have open an account online never received my card or account number after 2 months I received an sms stating I own them money, I called said cant be assisted need to call again. Now I am getting calls from MBD every time I try to explain they said I must pay.

I have also laid a complain at the Ombudsman for the banks waiting for outcome
